1 lb. ground beef and carrots, spinach, onions, etc depending on type of dish you want
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
1 cup cottage cheese
Preheat oven 350 mix cooked beef/veggies with sauce. Layer noodles, sauce and cheese in oven safe dish. Cover with foil. Bake covered for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes Let cool a little and enjoy.
